Qualicongrès certification
The Qualicongrès certification was developed by France Congrès and approved by AFAQ, the leading independent body on certification in France. It guarantees a constant pre-defined service assessed through certification. It focuses on the dedication and professionalism of staff, on meeting deadlines and budgets, on the safety of facilities and users, and on the rigorous and transparent choice of contractors. Qualicongrès includes 20 service commitments, foremost among which are:
- Providing the customer with an event manager truly in charge of the event,
- Providing qualified staff,
- Providing a customer handbook and detailed documents as a logistical support for the preparation of the event,
- Referring organisers to contractors with a proven service record,
- Providing the customer with an event manager contactable at any time during the event,
- Giving estimates as early as possible.
Angers, Arcachon, Biarritz, Deauville, La Rochelle, Le Touquet, Marseille, Metz, Montpellier, Nantes, Pau, Poitiers, Saint-Raphaël, Grenoble. are Qualicongrès certified convention centres.


ISO 9001: 2000
ISO 9001: 2000 is the international standard for quality assurance.
This certification acknowledges the effectiveness of an organisation and ensures the trust and satisfaction of its customers.
ISO 9001: 2000 can apply to any company or organisation, whatever its size and line of business Lille, Metz, Montpellier, Nantes, Nice et Strasbourg. are ISO 9001: 2000-certified convention centres.


Dual certification
Convention centres can apply simultaneously both for Qualicongrès and ISO 9001: 2000 certifications and enjoy the synergy of a 20% overlap in procedures.
Montpellier, Metz et Nantes enjoy dual Qualicongrès and ISO 9001: 2000 certification.

Some centres - such as Dijon, St-Malo... have not been certified but have adopted the quality assurance procedures.
